Van Go celebrates its 20th year in 2017, no small feat for a home grown non-profit that began with a borrowed van and a $2,000 grant. Now, Van Go is planning for tomorrow, the next day, and the next for a permanent future to keep Van Go going – forever.
While we’ve met our initial goal of $750,000, we will continue to raise funds for the endowment. If you’d like to be a part of The Big Picture you can:
- Make a financial donation through Douglas County Community Foundation or directly to Van Go
- Be a part of our glass tile mural! Purchase a gorgeous hand-made glass tile for $150 to honor a loved one or celebrate a friend.
Join our annual giving club, the Avant Garde, with a minimum annual gift of $500($42/month).
The Avant Garde is a groups of loyal Van Go supporters who value innovation and forward thinking; they see a future for Lawrence teens who may not see one for themselves. Perks include:
- Exclusive invitations to unveilings and parties
- Annual hand-made thank you gift
- Knowing your money is staying right here in Lawrence, KS
Another way to strengthen our service to this community is a charitable bequest. Please remember us in your will or living trust.
